GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan. This full-time, second-shift role runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, totaling 40 hours per week.

The lead will supervise a cleaning crew, ensure building standards, and perform nightly perimeter checks. You must have leadership experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently while delivering quality service using GRBS tools.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• No theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process using GRBS tools.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash; other tasks as assigned.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time lead custodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend a month
• 3:00pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

LEAD Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Nightly perimeter door checks

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
