GRBS is seeking a Custodian Lead for the Portland Public Schools on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). The position is full-time in Westphalia, MI, offering evening hours and a schedule of 40 hours per week.

The role includes leadership responsibilities, team supervision, and ensuring clean, safe facilities. Pay starts at $15.75–$17.00 per hour, with benefits such as paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, daily pay, insurance options, and retirement plans.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have valid identification.
• Due to Michigan Public School requirements, individuals with theft, violence or drug related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Responsabilités

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Nightly perimeter door checks.
• Mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and other cleaning duties as assigned.

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week
