GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for full-time, 2nd shift at Ionia High School (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). The position is based in Orleans, MI, offering 40 hours per week.

You will supervise cleaning staff, ensure high standards of cleanliness with GRBS tools, and perform nightly perimeter checks to maintain building security. The role includes leadership responsibilities and a strong emphasis on integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid identification.
• Candidates should be team players, dependable, self-motivated and have reliable transportation.

We have the following full-time 2nd shift custodian opportunity available atIonia High School:

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the clean building process

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
