Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian Lead for the Vicksburg Community Schools, on 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, in Vicksburg, MI. This full-time role requires leadership of the school cleaning team and ensuring daily cleaning standards.

You will train new hires, manage staffing, perform quality checks, secure the building, and communicate with staff and customers. The pay is $16.50 per hour with benefits after probation and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools background restrictions apply.
• Ability to train new hires and lead a cleaning team.
