Job summary

GRBS is hiring a Custodian for Ionia Public Schools in Michigan with a flexible, create-your-own-schedule part-time role. Earn $15.50/hour, work Monday through Friday, at least 3 days a week and 3 hours each night, and provide custodial coverage across the district.

Responsibilities include mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and adhering to GRBS processes with mindful communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Traits include team player, dependable and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Michigan public schools background restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial coverage for staff call-offs and open areas.
• Build a schedule that works Monday-Friday.
• Be available for at least 3 days per week and 3 hours per night.
• Follow GRBS processes and communicate respectfully.
• Complete tasks per building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, remove trash, and perform other cleaning tasks.

We have the following part-time custodian opportunity available in Ionia Public Schools:

• Build a schedule that works best for you Monday-Friday
• Be available for at least 3 days per week and 3 hours each night
• Provide custodial coverage for staff call-offs and open areas throughout the district

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
