Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds by picking up paper or trash around buildings.
• Wet mop floors and stairways.
• Operate and maintain custodial cleaning equipment.
• Clean and wax furniture, fixtures and furnishings.
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces inside and outside.
• Clean restrooms and stock supplies.
• Dust and clean windows and fixtures.
• Spot wash walls to remove marks.
• Transport waste to designated areas.
• Open/lock buildings or rooms and manage lights/equipment.
• Occasionally access elevated areas and move furniture.
