Job summary

Prestige Maintenance USA, Ltd. in Missouri is seeking a Custodian for the H3038 Southwest Region. This role is 1st Shift with weekends, and a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5am to 10am.

It is a full/part-time position reporting to Dana Pierce, offering competitive benefits and growth opportunities. Qualifications

• Must take pride in cleanliness and organization.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work independently or with a team.
• Willing to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) and routine cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Keep facilities clean, safe, and sanitary.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine surfaces.
• Take out trash and recycling; restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and support operations.

Physical Requirements

Are you able to perform the essential functions of this position, including:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds?
• Performing repetitive physical activities such as bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling on a regular basis?
