Prestige Maintenance USA is seeking a dedicated custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of company facilities across a variety of spaces, including offices, restrooms, cafeterias, and sales areas.

The role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor polishing with standard equipment, restocking supplies, and following safety guidelines in a fast‑paced environment. Travel may be required; relocation assistance is available if needed.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working in non‑air‑conditioned areas.
• Following safety procedures and company guidelines consistently.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and wet‑floor care is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities, including flooring, restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and sales areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor polishing using equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Empty, sanitize, and restock trash, recycling, and restroom supplies.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, basins, and urinals; sweep and damp mop floors with disinfectant solutions.
• Spot clean soiled areas and perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the Lead Custodian or management.
• Assist with wet‑floor care, including stripping and waxing.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines, maintaining proper attire and equipment usage.
