Prestige Maintenance USA, Ltd. is seeking a dependable Porter/Custodian to maintain clean, organized facilities and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. The role involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and sanitizing bathrooms and common areas.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, following all safety guidelines and company procedures. Candidates should be detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and willing to handle a variety of cleaning tasks

Responsabilidades

• Keep facilities clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine floors; restock supplies.
• Take out trash and recycle; replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals; disinfect floors.
• General cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, and sales floor.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment like scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping our facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shining like a pro
• Taking out trash and recycling like a sustainability superhero
• Restocking supplies, empty wastebaskets and replace liner as needed
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweep and damp mop floor with disinfectant
• Spot clean soiled areas when needed
• General cleaning (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, others as assigned)
• Stripping & Waxing - Wet Floor Care
• Use of equipment such as scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Refill all restroom dispensers as neededPerforms assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
• Performs all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management
