Helena Housing Authority (HHA) invites applications for a Custodian/Groundskeeper to maintain facilities and grounds, perform cleaning and maintenance, and ensure safe, orderly properties. Reports to Facilities Manager and supports multiple sites in the Helena area.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of janitorial/groundskeeping experience, and a Montana driver’s license. Overtime availability and a focus on safety are essential, with a strong ladder for career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years related janitorial and groundskeeping experience.
• Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsabilités

• Gather and remove debris and deposit in garbage stations.
• Conduct inspections for various purposes.
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment; use hand tools.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, or structures.
• Uphold grounds including lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs.
