Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a Building Lead to serve Haslett Public Schools. The role emphasizes consistent attendance, following GRBS processes, and respectful communication while performing cleaning tasks in a school environment.

The position runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 7:00am–3:30pm, 40 hours weekly, at a pay rate of $16.75/hour. Benefits include Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Holidays after 1 year, Paid Time off, Daily Pay option, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.
• Michigan public schools background check excludes theft/violence/drug-related histories.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash and cleaning of common areas.
• Answer biohazard clean-up calls during the school day.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following custodian opportunity available in Haslett Public Schools

Building Lead

• Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month

Pay Rate: $16.75/hour

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Answer Biohazard clean up calls during the school day
• Fulfill customer requests
• Cleaning of common areas
• Dust mopping of hallways
• Lunch set up and take down (must be able to lift and move cafe tables)
• Pool Maintenance (Must be able to get Certified Pool Operator License)
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
