Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking day floating day sub custodian opportunities to support coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt. Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month. Pay is $16.50–$17.50 per hour, with benefits like paid holidays, PTO, and health insurance.

Applicants must be 18+ with valid ID and have auto insurance. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering clean, safe facilities for public school customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools requirements restrict theft/violence/drug-related backgrounds.
• Must have valid proof of Auto Insurance.
• Employment requires ability to cover coverage areas between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process.
• Finish the job with GRBS tools.
• Complete 360 communication.
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash.

This position offers paid mileage reimbursement and travel time. Candidates MUST have valid proof of Auto Insurance.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following day floating day sub custodian opportunities available. You would help with coverage between Okemos, Haslett and DeWitt.

• Hours are 6:00 am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Execute the clean building process

Pay Rate: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
