Perfection Commercial Services Inc. in Bronson, MI is seeking an energetic and highly motivated janitorial team member to join our dynamic group.

The role operates Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm, with an hourly wage of $16.50, helping prepare facilities for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and disinfecting high-touch areas.

Job responsibilities may include (but not limited to):

• Sweeping, dusting, mopping & vacuuming
• Restroom cleaning
• Trash removal
• Routine cleaning (custodial/janitorial) tasks
• Disinfecting and touch point cleaning

Position Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Repetitive motion required on a daily basis and may include bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting
