Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift custodian at Wayland Middle School. The role runs Monday through Friday with one scheduled weekend per month, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM or 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Pay rate is $16.00/hour. We value consistent attendance, following GRBS processes, respectful communication, and completing tasks per the building map and shift. Job duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Able to work in a 2nd shift at a school site.
• Demonstrates positive attitude and reliability.
• Team player with good communication and work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Communicate respectfully with all.
• Complete tasks according to the building map and shift.
• Perform cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal.

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 3pm-11:30pm
• 3:30pm-12am

$16.00/hour
