GRBS Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Custodian for the full-time 2nd shift at Wayland Middle School. The role requires reliability, 18+ with valid ID, and a team-focused mindset.

Shifts run Monday through Friday: 3pm–11:30pm or 3:30pm–12am. Pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits including paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, Daily Pay, health insurance, and more. Expect routine janitorial tasks such as mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and adherence to GRBS processes and building maps

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have valid identification.
• Team player with dependable, self-motivated attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS Process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mopping, dusting and cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
