GRBS Inc. is seeking a Building Lead to support custodial services for Haslett Public Schools. The role runs Monday to Friday with one weekend per month, 3pm–11:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, following GRBS processes, and maintaining quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience required.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE JOB LOCATED?

We have the following custodian opportunity available in Haslett Public Schools.

BUILDING LEAD

• Monday - Friday and working 1 weekend a month
  • 3pm-11:30pm
  • 40 hours per week

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Come to work consistently
• Follow GRBS Process
• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift

PAY RATE:

$16.75-$17.00 /hour

WHAT DOES THIS JOB LOOK LIKE:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Perimeter security checks
• Walk areas for quality control
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
