GRBS Inc. is seeking a Custodian for Cadillac Public Schools on a full-time 1st shift, Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm. The role includes standard cleaning duties and ensuring a safe, welcoming school environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, a team player, and has reliable transportation. We offer paid holidays, PTO, and benefits as part of our GRBS team.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full time 1st shift custodian opportunity available in Cadillac Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 6:30am-3:00pm
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

• Come to work consistently
• Follow GRBS Process
• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
