A retirement community in Chapel Hill is seeking a committed Custodian to maintain cleanliness and provide exceptional service to residents. Responsibilities include carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and exhibit professionalism in all interactions. Our custodian is responsible for carpet cleaning, vacuuming, maintaining cleanliness of assigned villa / veranda. Pressure washing patios, garages, porches, and other walkways as scheduled. Able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times; must be able to communicate well in English, and must possess a driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles, truck, golf cart, etc.
