Job summary

Paola USD 368 is seeking a custodian for Paola Middle School. The shift is 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday through Friday during the school year and 6 am to 2 pm during breaks. Health, vision, dental and retirement plans are provided through the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms, hallways and facilities during the shift.
• Assist with safe building operations and report maintenance needs to grounds staff.

Job description

USD 368 is seeking applications for a custodial position at Paola Middle School. This position works an 8 hour shift (2 pm to 10 pm), Monday through Friday during the school year and an 8 hour shift (6 am to 2 pm) during Spring, Summer and Christmas Breaks.

Paid Leave Days

• Paid Holidays - 12 days per year
• Sick Leave - 10 days per year
• Personal Leave - 4 days per year
• Vacation Leave - 5 days after 1 year, increasing to a max of 15 days per year
