Job summary

Chimes in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Janitorial Associate to clean and maintain public spaces and work areas under supervision. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with a 30–minute lunch and pays $17.75 per hour USD.

You will follow contract specifications, maintain hygiene, restrooms, floors, and common areas, handle routine cleaning tasks, and comply with site rules and safety guidelines. Prior custodial experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months custodial work experience preferred.
• Custodial training desired.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas in accordance with contract specifications.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces in public areas.
• Descale showers, toilet bowls, and urinals.
• Vacuum rugs and carpets; sweep and mop floors.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items as needed.
