Servicon, a family- and women-owned environmental solutions company, is seeking a Custodian/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety across client sites. You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, and area maintenance following site procedures and safety standards, with potential client interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of custodial cleaning experience or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect assigned work area for compliance with procedures.
• Participate in safety and cleaning training programs.
• Empty, clean, and manage waste receptacles.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas in offices and halls.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints from doors and surfaces.
• Damp-mop spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas.
• Keep janitor’s closet clean and organized.
• Sweep or dust mop hard floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
