Qualifications

• 1 year custodial experience preferred.
• Must pass OSBI/DOC background check.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Reliable transportation and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Clean office areas, hallways, restrooms and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax or polish floors as directed.
• Empty trash and recycle containers.
• May wash walls/windows and dust surfaces as needed.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets per guidelines.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards.
• Prioritize tasks and work with others to meet deadlines.
