Qualifications

• Understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance.
• Operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment as needed.
• Properly handle cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and healthy environment that supports a positive learning environment.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and respond to work orders with 48-hour turnaround where possible.
• Assist Facilities Manager with needs for capital expenditures planning.
• Maintain safety and follow PPE and SafeSchools requirements.
