Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a part-time custodian for evening shifts in Downtown Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, restrooms, and trash removal, with a start time around 5:00 pm.

You will work 4 hours per shift, four nights per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). The position pays $14 per hour and offers a supportive GRBS team environment.

Looking for a part-time job to earn some extra money? This position is in the evening 2 nights per week with a flexible start time! Great opportunity for someone who stays at home but wants to get out of the house a couple nights per week and make some money.

Who are we looking for:

Are you 18 years of age or older with valid ID and possess the following traits? No experience needed!

• Reliable transportation to and from work each day

Must be able to pass a State of Michigan background check due to working in a bank afterhours.

What does this job look like:

We serve our customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned

This is what we have available in the Downtown Grand Rapids right now. GRBS is always growing,

• 5/3 Main - You would clean for 4 hours every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Ideal for someone looking for part-time evening work and lives in the area. This does work great for someone that uses the busline as well.

Pay Rate - $14 per hour.
