Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Arkansa is seeking a custodian to perform routine cleaning and basic labor tasks across break rooms, restrooms, windows, and other areas. You will move furniture, operate floor care equipment, and maintain a safe, clean environment in line with ACE values.

The role requires a High School level education with 0–6 months of related experience, plus the ability to follow written and oral instructions and observe safety rules in dusty and cold conditions.

Qualifications

Performs routine unskilled and semi-skilled manual work in custodian and labor activities. Work is performed within established procedures under both written and verbal instructions. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.Move furniture, partitions, equipment, communications cabling, and other items as necessary to clean floors. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.Operates floor care machinery including but not limited to vacuums, and extractors.
