Job summary

HES Facilities is seeking General Cleaners in Antioch, IL for the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas, including restrooms, floors, windows, and entryways.

The role requires a reliable team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and pass a background check with fingerprinting and the E-Verify process. We value a strong work history and a team-focused approach, with physical stamina to handle lifting and long periods of standing.

Qualifications

• General Cleaners perform cleaning duties to maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
• Background check and fingerprinting are required; candidates will be put through the E-Verify process.
• High school diploma preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, strip and wax floors, and remove trash.
• Sanitize restrooms and locker rooms; clean windows and desks; maintain cleanliness of entry areas.
• Follow directions from custodial supervisor or designated representative.
