Salary Schedule: 1B Grade 2

Salary Pay Range: $15.36/hr.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides efficient, quality cleaning (housekeeping) tasks in district buildings following established practices, standards, and methods under the supervision of the manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to perform basic commercial cleaning tasks in schools and office buildings.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
• Effective communication skills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a diverse workplace.

Bids are being accepted from presently employed custodians, sub-custodians, and JCPS employees with the required housekeeping training.
