The Toro Company in Tomah, Wisconsin is hiring for a maintenance role on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $23.03 per hour with overtime when needed. You’ll keep the interior spaces clean, help manage waste and recyclables, and support material handling across the plant and office areas.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in maintenance, and a strong focus on safety, detail, and teamwork. Training on PPE and safety standards is provided.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Pay: $23.03 per hour 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm with overtime when needed.

What Will You Do?

  • Must be certified to operate a forklift or ability to obtain certification.
Career Progression

This position is part of a two-level career track. Advancement is not automatic and depends on the following:

  • Availability of an open Level II position within the department.
  • Demonstrative performance, technical proficient and leadership capabilities.
  • Proactive learning of Level II requirements.
  • Recommendation from management and successful completion of internal job application process.

Working Conditions and Exposures

Working conditions vary. Exposures include moving equipment/machinery, noise, vibration, heat, and some moderate climate variability.

This position requires the use of PPE.
