GRBS Inc. is hiring a Custodian for a 1st shift in Hastings Area Schools. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with pay at $16.00 per hour. You’ll be part of a team serving public schools and keeping facilities clean and safe for students and staff.

Qualifications include being 18+, valid ID, and reliable transportation. We value dependability, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic in a fast-paced school environment.

• Background checks per Michigan public schools policy.
• Ability to work in Hastings Area Schools.

• Monday - Friday
  • Full Time

Team Member Core Responsibilities-

• Come to work consistently
• Follow GRBS processes
• Serve the customers
• Have mindful communication with respect to all
• Finish the job to the building map and shift

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
