Staffmark Group in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Custodian for a first-shift role. Pay rate is $14.25 per hour, with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility across production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.

Job Duties

• Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining clean, professional facilities.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Must follow safety and cleanliness procedures consistently.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to lbs.
