Job summary

Interstate Premier is seeking a reliable Custodian to support client sites across our growing national network. You will clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, offices and public areas with attention to safety and quality.

Based in the Winchester, VA area, this position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow site-specific safety procedures. The role offers weekend shifts with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Remove trash and replace linings.
• Complete assigned cleaning areas according to schedule.
• Maintain floors (dust/wet mop, strip, wax, buff, shampoo, extract).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: $16.50/hour

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule.
• Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
