Kraft Heinz—Lowville plant is seeking an hourly sanitation associate for 2nd shift. You will maintain clean facilities, assist with light maintenance, and support sanitation and equipment care.

Responsibilities include adhering to GMP/KHMS, participating in team safety, and helping QA ensure product quality. Weekend/holiday work is required; wage is $21.56 with a $1.00 shift differential at the Lowville Plant.

Qualifications

• Must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (KHMS).
• Ability to perform sanitation duties and light maintenance.
• Wage and schedule may fluctuate with production.

Responsabilités

• Maintain plant appearance: clean restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, sweep, mop, and trash removal.
• Clean, inspect, and lube equipment as assigned.
• Follow Kraft Heinz safety processes and LOTO procedures.
• Work on 2nd shift with weekend/holiday requirements; 7-day production schedule.
• Ensure products meet Quality Assurance program during on-the-job training.

Job Description

2nd Shift

Primary Function:

Maintains a high level of plant appearance throughout area of responsibility. This includes cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, cleaning break areas, stocking supplies and light maintenance. May be assigned other duties as determined by supervisor. Clean, inspect, and lube the applicable equipment. Must have strong communication skills. Position requires compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, timely Period Work completion, and the ability to perform all sanitation duties. Team participation is required. KHMS participation is required. All other duties as assigned.

Sanitation

Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized per the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.

Quality Assurance

Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.

Safety

Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.

Work on all shifts expected, Weekend and Holiday work will be required. Schedule is based on a 7 day/week production; therefore, workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production.
