Job summary

Bharat Forge Aluminum USA, Inc. is seeking an onsite janitorial staff member to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment. You will perform routine cleaning in plant areas, offices, restrooms, and break rooms, ensuring surfaces are sanitized and organized throughout shifts.

The role requires ability to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety protocols. Flexibility to accommodate changing hours or shifts is expected to support production needs.

Qualifications

Perform janitorial and cleaning duties throughout our manufacturing plant and general facilities. This position is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment for all employees.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors in plant and facility areas
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly
• Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
• Change filters as needed throughout facility
• Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or required
• Ensure that cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in good working order
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Support cleanliness in production areas, including wiping down equipment and surfaces (non-technical)

Requirements
