Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a motivated Custodian to maintain our facility and support daily operations. The role offers a 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM schedule from Monday to Friday, with pay between $18 and $21 per hour.

PAG emphasizes an inclusive, team-based work environment and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have some related cleaning or general labor experience.

Qualifications

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, as well as the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of equipment. We will consider candidates with experience in cleaning or general labor for this role.

Pay:$18-$21 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Work Environment/ Physical Demands

• Will primarily work in an automotive shop environment. Workspace is covered but may involve various weather conditions such as heat and cold as well as safety hazards due to the nature of work. May experience loud noise on a regular basis.
• Medium/Heavy Work---Will lift over 50 pounds with assistance device required and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to or over 35 pounds with assistance device available as needed.
• This position will require the employee to be standing for prolonged periods of time
• This position requires the ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basis
• This position involves repetitive motion

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Works evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required.

Required Education and Experience
