Job summary

Epic Piping is seeking a Facilities Custodian to join our Fabrication team in Texas. You will help maintain clean, safe office and shop environments, follow safety policies, and support maintenance activities.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00am to 2:30pm, paid vacation after 90 days, company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, 401(k) with company match, and clear paths for growth through hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation of office and shop spaces.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to assist with basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floor spaces and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Undertake errands and related custodial tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office and shop buildings.
• Assist with minor repairs and routine maintenance of building systems.

Epic Piping has an opportunity available for a Facilities Custodian to be an integral part of our Fabrication team. What You’ll Do

• Adheres to safety policy and procedures.
• Sweep and mop floor space(s) and perform other various cleaning duties, as needed.
• Perform a variety of errands and related custodial tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of office buildings and shop buildings.
• May perform minor repairs to facilities and assist maintenance department.
• Undertake routine maintenance tasks related to building operating systems.
