Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an on-site Custodian for the Saint Joseph area. The role involves cleaning, sanitation, and following established safety protocols on a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule with hourly pay of $15–$16.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, maintaining areas, reporting hazards, and collaborating with staff. No specific education is required; 3–6 months training preferred; forklift cert may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and safe chemical handling.
