Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Custodian to keep our casino sparkling, with a path for career growth through education and training. Starting pay is $17 per hour, rising to $18.25 per hour with five years of experience, plus a $1000 signing bonus.

Available shifts include 3:00–11:30 PM, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, and 10:30 PM–7:00 AM. You’ll work across gaming zones, dining areas and public spaces, delivering exceptional guest service daily.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas including gaming zones, kitchen and dining areas, restrooms, windows, mirrors, public areas and team member areas following written standards.
• Interact with casino guests and team members to provide exceptional service.
• Handle lost guest items following company, gaming and department policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries and inform supervisor of issues.
• Occasional tasks as needed.

Job Overview:

Cleans and maintains the company facilities, including gaming areas, ensuring that written cleaning service standards are met for set work schedule. Interacts with casino guests and team members to provide exceptional service.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do:

• Cleans and maintains all specialty gaming zones, kitchen areas, dining areas, restrooms, windows, mirrors, public areas, team member areas, and other company facilities following all written guest and department cleaning service standards by using specialized equipment (i.e. carpet vacuums, carpet shampooers, carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, burnishers, aerial lifts, etc.).
• Handles lost guest items, including money (i.e. tokens, coins, bills, ticket-in/ticket-out slips) by adhering to all company, gaming, and department policies and procedures.
• Responds and follows through with all inquiries made by guests. Informs supervisor of guest issues.
• Occasional tasks
