Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider, a family-owned janitorial and maintenance company, is hiring a Custodian to support client sites in Perrysburg, Ohio. The role requires self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

The schedule runs 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday. In this position you will clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize and disinfect restrooms and common areas, remove trash, and perform floor maintenance on hard

Qualifikationen

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash and replace liners as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning areas on schedule.
• Perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpets (mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing).
• Operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, vacuums).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Custodian to work in one of our client’s sites. Schedule: 6:00PM to 4:30AM Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

Attendance Incentive: Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you work all scheduled full time hours (40 hours per week)

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned cleaning area according to schedule.
• Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells and other public areas.
• Use and properly maintain equipment, including but not limited to pallet jacks, floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other similar equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned.
