Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow. We have an immediate opening for a custodian who wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. We seek custodial members with strong customer service skills and the ability to work successfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with willingness to share knowledge with team
• Knowledge of equipment upkeep and care
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Shift

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 1:30 pm

Compensation

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
