Northfield Public Schools is seeking a Custodian to join our facilities team at the High School. The role covers cleaning, basic maintenance, and evening security to support daily school activities. The position starts ASAP and offers a full-time schedule, M-F, 3:00pm–11:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming learning environment for students and staff.

• Perform environmental service tasks and cleaning of school buildings.

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Building & Grounds Director and the guidance of the Head Custodian, the Custodian/Custodian Lead performs environmental service tasks, cleaning and maintenance of school buildings, minor mechanical repairs, evening security, and support services for day and evening school activities in the Northfield School District. This position assists in providing a safe, clean learning environment for students, staff, and faculty.
