Job summary

Express Employment is seeking custodians for a local school district in Meridian, Idaho. The role offers an afternoon, full-time shift at $15.93 per hour. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–11pm; a part-time option (2:30pm–6:30pm) is also available.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms and breakrooms, and other related duties. High school diploma or GED preferred; one year custodial experience is preferred, with an emphasis on reliability.

Part-time: M-F from 2:30pm to 6:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing other related duties as required
• You do not need to be fluent in English for this role, but if you are not fluent in English, you must be able to speak into Google Translate in order to communicate

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

• High school diploma or GED equivalency; and
• One (1) year custodial experience preferred; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

Essential Physical Abilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sufficient body flexibility and balance to perform cleaning and maintenance operations which require repeated bending and stooping motions, including climbing and working on ladders
