The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb stairs, and work independently with attention to detail.

• Vacuums carpeted floors and floor mats.
• Sweeps, mops and disinfects floors.
• Cleans all windows.
• Removes all trash from the building.
• Cleans restrooms by sweeping and mopping, disinfecting surfaces.
• Cleans breakroom by sweeping and mopping, disinfecting surfaces.
• Vacuums offices and removes garbage.
• Keeps outside break area and parking lot free from litter.
• Cleans various hard-to-reach areas.
• Runs floor scrubber on cement floors throughout the facility

• Ensures that all trash is removed from the building and deposits it into the receptacle.
• Cleans all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.) with disinfectant.
• Cleans breakroom by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the breakroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.
• Vacuums offices and removes garbage.
• Ensures the outside break area and parking lot is clean and free from litter and debris.
• Cleans various hard-to-reach areas
• Runs the floor scrubber on cement floors throughout the facility
