Job summary

Window Mart in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a reliable custodian to maintain clean, safe facilities. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to perform a range of cleaning tasks to ensure a hygienic environment for customers and staff.

You will perform floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, trash removal and supply coordination, reporting to a supervisor. Prior custodial experience is preferred but not required, with a dedication to consistent, thorough work.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Possesses a moderate understanding of cleaning procedures.
• 1-2 years of custodial experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Clean wood, linoleum, tile and other floors.
• Shampoo rugs and carpets.
• Empty trash cans and recycling.
• Change air filters and clean vents.
• Dust all surfaces.
• Wax floors.
• Washing windows.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Use equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
