Job summary

Oneida Nation is seeking a custodial staff member to perform basic and routine custodial duties in the Casino environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability, with work in a high-noise, potentially dusty setting.

Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending and lifting, in a tribal business setting where employment laws may differ.

Qualifications

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally climb heights, reach above shoulders, crouch, kneel, balance, push/pull, lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Work in a casino setting with moderate to high noise level and exposure to odors, dust, fumes, chemicals.
• This job is with a Native American tribal business or tribally owned lands; employment laws may differ from Wisconsin.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

In this position you will perform basic and routine custodial duties for the upkeep of the Gaming Division. This position is required to work a flexible schedule to include all shifts, weekends, holidays, and an on-call basis.

***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, carry up to twenty (20) pounds, talk and hear.
• Occasionally climb heights, reach above shoulders, crouch, kneel, balance, push/pull, lift up to fifty pounds, and carry up to seventy (70) pounds with assistance.

Work is performed in a Casino setting with moderate to high noise level and exposure to unpleasant odors, dust, dirt, fumes, chemicals. Situations where safety-toe shoes, safety goggles, or gloves are needed may arise. Work environment may NOT be smoke, noise, or dust free.
