SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Conroe, TX to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across all assigned areas. You will perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and report incidents to supervision, while following safety rules and company protocols.

The role requires basic training with no strict education requirements. Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 12pm–5pm) are included, and compensation is $15–$16 per hour with full SBM benefits.

Competenze

• No specific education requirement, 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver\'s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Mansioni

Title:CustodianJob Description:Job OverviewThe Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform janitorial dutiesPerform all duties listed on the daily schedulePerform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.Operate motorized cleaning equipmentMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areaReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisorComply with safety rules, policies, and proceduresStop at risk behavior of others and selfPerform work assignments in a team with other employeesPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work areaFollow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rulesTake direction and respond to supervisionTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional mannerFill in during staff shortageSupport shift lead in completing punch-list itemsUse proper personal protective equipmentPresent a professional appearance and conductUnderstand customer service and satisfactionThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Understand reporting systems, and of the environmentQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
