Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You’ll perform janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires ability to read procedures, strong communication, and teamwork. Shift is Monday–Friday, 5pm–1:30am, with pay ranging from $15.15 to $16 per hour. SBM offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus; reads and interprets instructions and procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals and their safe use.

# **Title:**Custodian# **Job Description:****Job Overview**The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. **Roles & Responsibilities**To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
