Minimum Requirements and Work Environment

Customer service experience in food service, restaurant, grocery, or retail is preferred. Custodial/janitorial experience is a plus. The physical demands include walking, standing for up to 4 hours, repetitive hand and arm movements, lifting (5-20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds rarely), bending, reaching, and working with cleaning chemicals. The environment is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure during seasonal weather. Basic tools include cleaning equipment, balers, and compactors. Be aware of potential allergens and the need for safety precautions.
