Job summary

Pilot Company in Kentucky is seeking a Store Cleaner/Facilities Associate to maintain the cleanliness of our travel center, including showers and restrooms, and support guest services. You will keep facilities well-maintained and guest-ready for our diverse visitors across travel, commuter, and vacation scenarios.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior related experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in a similar position (preferred)
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
