Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Some cleaning experience and basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and travel between properties may be required.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisor and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior daily: empty waste, vacuum, dust, restroom restocking, windows.
• Exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned.
• Assist with minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and simple repairs.
• Support with inventory, snow removal, and tenant moves as needed.
• Notify management of spills or safety issues.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and cleaning agents.
