Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Janitorial Lead to oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned buildings and grounds. You will guide and assist custodial staff, ensure high-quality work, and respond to day-to-day questions.

The role reports to the Facility Maintenance Manager and involves 7-10% travel, non-exempt status, and an onsite environment. Strong leadership, safety, and cleaning skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of custodial/maintenance experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a small team preferred.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, etc.).
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safety practices.
• Experience in winery, office, hospitality, or industrial setting is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and work areas to custodial team members.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Monitor and order supplies and equipment; maintain inventory.
• Communicate schedules and staffing needs to supervisor.
• Maintain professional relationships among team members and occupants.
• Other duties as assigned.
